WHY WORKING WITH WOMEN HAS ADVANTAGES

A woman’s view of teamwork isn’t so much who is the star.  It’s more “can we all win?”  It’s a refreshing environment to work in really.

Can you win in an MLM run by men?  Should you choose a MLM based on gender?

How about this – there can be advantages to being on a team run by a woman.  Women understand wanting others in the team to succeed as much as they want to personally succeed.  How do I know?

I am a woman.  And I know that’s how I feel.  Personally, I think it can lead to greater prosperity. If we are each helping each other, can’t we all succeed more in the long run?

Some MLMs tend to be composed more of women because of the product type, like jewelry or makeup based companies.  Does it have to be confined to only products relating to women?  Maybe not.

Couldn’t any company have a team of women? I  don’t see why not.  In fact I happen to be on a team right now that is half women, and the upline is a woman. But the product is not a female-only product.

It is an environment that encourages leadership in a non-competitive way.  Wouldn’t you prefer to work with a team that truly supports you?  Can it happen in a group whether run by men or women.  Sure.  But think about groups you have participated in before:

-          Did you ever feel dominated?

-          What environments encouraged growth?

-          What leaders were not threatened by your success?

-          Where could you best network?

-          Was it safe, even encouraged to talk/chat and work it out?

Just food for thought. You may want to consider looking for women to work with.  Try it out.  See what you think. Sometimes looking at things from a new point of view can be life changing.
